Brooklyn loves her fingers and fists!

Brooklyn put my finger in her mouth and then attempted to put her fist in there too.

Well this week is a pretty boring one at the Iverson home. I haven't taken any recent pictures, but I thought these were pretty cute. She is soooo into putting everything in her mouth. It is amazing how much she is growing and learning. It seems like everyday she is figuring out something new. This week we are working with her on the floor and on her stomach. She soo bad wants to move around. I really think she might be crawling here in the next month or so. She is also trying to rollover. Not so good at it yet, but she is getting there. Next week we start giving her some cereal and baby food. I am really anxious to see how that will go. I cannot believe that Brooklyn is almost 4 months. It is really bitter sweet for Wade and I. We are so loving that she is growing and progressing, but at the same time, she is getting so big and growing up too fast. Each step is a lot more fun than the last, but gosh it is going by too fast.

Wade is still loving his job. His bosses are training him to co-direct the whole state department that he now partly manages now. He still works under the govenor, just in the Business and Industry Department. This is not going to come this year, but they are putting him on a path that will lead him there, maybe next year. That will probably be the highest he will go. After that he will probably run for some state office. Who knows, but his career is looking amazing! Our family has been so blessed and Wades' hard work is really paying off, sooner than we thought! I am just so greatful that I can stay at home.

Speaking of staying home, I am getting pretty bored! Don't get me wrong, I am so blessed to have this opportunity to stay at home, but there is only so much cleaning and puttsin' around I can do. Once the weather cools off I will be much more content. I really want to be outside but we get too hot out there! I need some creative projects that I can do, so if anyone reading this knows of any, leave me a comment! Macy has been spending time with Brooklyn and I. We have really loved spending time with her. I am going to be sooo sad when school starts again.

I am starting school again in the fall. I am soo excited. I have also switched my major from Sec. Education to Criminal Justice. With the education degree, when it came time to apply to the college of Edu. (after all the general classes are completed) I would need to complete it in 2 years and then do my student teaching. I am not wanting to have a time line like that. I just want to go to school little by little and just learn. So I am really into the crimal justice system and I have been so intrigued with some classes I have already taken. So I am pumped.

Well that sums up our family. Sorry this was so long, I have just had requests for posting what we are up to!
