There went another month

Brooklyn is 8 months old today! She is getting so big and now more than ever her personality is really shining through. This baby is a very funny girl. She loves when she is laughed at and she enjoys being funny and getting a reaction! She is EASILY excited. When Brooklyn is excited she kinda gets a little wacky and cannot control her body movements or her loud voice! If you have been in a church meeting with us you would know that she is EXTREMELY loud. I have yet to meet a more vocal, LOUD baby! She seriously is always talking or making noise. I love it, cuz that is how I am. I have always been told that I am a loud person. Whisper is not in either of our vocabs!

I bought Brooklyn this hat at Gap. It is adorable on her and she loves it. I love hats like this, I have one and so does Wade. She loves playing with the balls. Toy and hat in one! Brooklyn also loves to smile and of course, she loves the camera.

Brooklyn's new thing is that she loves to pull herself up on the couch foot rest thing. When doing this she is always sticking out her tongue. It is super cute. She is working so hard at trying to pull herself up on things.

I am serious when I say this, Brooklyn LoVeS to shop! If we stay home all day she is a lot more fussy and whinny. When we go out, she is the happiest baby. Many times she has forgotten that it is her lunch time and will go an hour past her feeding time. She loves to be in the cart or in the stroller. She will just people watch, she doesn't even need a toy. She also loves to pull clothes off the hangers and off the shelves. She thinks it is funny. I do not! I have taught her to be a good little shopper. She has good endurance.




This is a really goofy picture, I love it! We were walking out of Target and she was making this funny face because the sun was in her eyes. I had to bring out the camera cuz it was too funny!




Brooklyn loves to look out the window. She talks and talks and talks and screams while she bangs her hands on the glass. She could stay there for hours. The things this girl loves????





Last night we tried taking her to see Santa. She was way to tired for that business. We went like at 830, her bed time. Not a good idea. The reason I posted this picture is because she loves to hold our hands and walk. Boy can she move! She walks soooo fast. She cannot walk on her own by any means, but she sure can if she is holding onto us. I bet she'll be walking here in the next month or two. Who knows???

Brooklyn has been doing some other really cute things lately. She knows when she is in trouble. For instance, I will be sitting on the couch she will be crawling on the floor and she will be headed for the tv cords and such. When she goes for them I will say "Brooklyn no! " She then looks back at me and smiles, then continues. I tell her no again and then start to walk over to her. She sees this and turns around and starts booking it away from the cords and me. She will crawl away so fast, it is soooo cute! She knows when she is in trouble.

She loves being in the store at the toy department. Once she sees all the toys on the shelf she immediately starts to get all crazy and tries her hardest to get out of my arms. She also makes this weird, uh, uh, uh,uh noise! She loves toys!!!
