Last post from our super duper fun vacation. We headed to Las Vegas for 5 days. We stayed at a very very nice resort. We have this stupid time share thing we got sucked into when we were vacationing in Mexico a few years back. So we got a super great deal on this resort. It was huge, fun, and very beautiful. We mainly relaxed at the pool, saw our best friends the Wrights', ate out a lot, shopped a tiny bit, ate snow cones, stayed up late and slept in late. We bought portable dvd players a few weeks ago so it made all that dang driving manageable and actually kind of fun. There is a lot of pictures here...brace your self.
The resort pool...this was just half of it though!
Lazy river area.
Brooklyn loves her swimmies!
My two cute kids with weird looks!
Weston and daddy hanging out in the pool.
We ate at a lot of cool places. I wish they would get some cool little places to eat here in Reno.
John and Julie Wright. Wade and John have been bff's for over 10 years. They are high school sweet hearts! j/k. Julie is my very close friend and is 8 months prego. We spent almost every day with them at one point or the other.
Brooklyn ready to hop in the pool. She got so good at swimming all by her self in her little inner tube and swimmies.
Weston chillin at the pool in his cute pool outfit.
Me and the kids at the lazy river. I just rested Weston on the inner tube and he was in heaven. I absolutely love having a little family to vacation with.
Brooklyn and daddy relaxing on the tube floating down the river.
Weston was an absolute angel the whole week. When we were in Vegas he just hung out in the stroller watching the Palm trees sway back and forth. We was just awesome in the heat too! Oh and doesn't this little guy look all boy? I do not think he could be mistaken for a girl at all. Brooklyn was always mistaken for a boy:(
Wade and the two kids. They were headed for the lazy river.
While we were there Jentry and her best friend Natalie were in town for a girls trip. How fun is that? Sara...we are so there next year:) Anyway, we were able to see them for breakfast. So fun!
This resort had a make shift beach. This was by far Brooklyn's favorite part of the resort. We were also able to see or very bestest friends the Tiners'. Their family and my family grew up together and we have not seen each other in about 8 or 9 years. I was so excited to see Holly and Whitney. I love them.
So that is it for vacation posts. I will try and update about our crazy busy lives getting ready for Lubbock. Yee Haw!
