Happy St. Patty's Day!

We don't love St. Patty's day like we do V-day, 4th of July or other Holidays, but any excuse to make an ordinary Wednesday more special, I am all game! We went to a little party, set a Leprechaun trap and definitely wore green!

Here is Brooklyn's milk that the silly little Leprechaun turned green. Brooklyn thought this was super cool and funny!
Last minute, before Brooklyn went to bed we decided to try and trap the little guy. So excuse our lame trap! Wade and Brooklyn put some string cheese in the net to try and catch him. Bummer...we didn't catch him, but we did catch the treat he was carrying. He left behind some Reeses pieces m&m's.

Then we got dressed in all the green we could think of and then headed over to Callie's house for a St. Patty's Day party.

Yesterday Debbie watched my kids so Wade and I could go see Dear John(excellent movie). Here is Ben and Brooklyn being all cute in their hats!

All the kids were given little pots and told to try and find all the chocolate gold coins. Brooklyn is totally not like me and wasn't competitive at all in trying to find them before others! I had to totally guide her. I am glad she is sweet though!
