About 24 Weeks

I am about 24 weeks now and finally have a decent picture to post. Thank you Winter!

Winter said the striped shirt was not a good idea for a preg picture as it made me look bigger, but that is what I was wearing yesterday. It was a festive outfit for Election Day :)

I feel good. Time is flying. I can't believe I am almost 24 weeks. Actually I do have a really big complaint. My back is sooooo soooooo sooooo bad. I am so uncomfortable it isn't even funny. My mom had this same back problem and she said it escalated with each pregnancy. Three pregnancies now and I fully concur. It has gotten worse with each kid and every day I am more and more uncomfortable. Rubbing, stretching, popping, messaging, medicine, ect does NOTHING!

 I am in between maternity clothes and reg clothes. I think I have gained 12 pounds. I am good with that. I think I look huge. My hair is great and my skin is great. Sleeping is ok. I think I would have WAY better sleep if Wade were sleeping right next to me. I miss him.

Earlier this week Wade texted me saying he guaranteed I would be a super happy wife this week. Yesterday the door bell rang and a man was there with these beautiful flowers. Wade loves me so much and I feel it. If you want your marriage to improve dramatically and fall in love all over, just have your husband gone for 4.5 months. It's done wonders for us! I know for some it could be a really negative thing for a marriage, but for us it has been the best thing ever. I wish I could document each text Wade sends me. He says the most loving things to me. I read and re read our convos over and over every night before I go to bed. I love that guy. This morning he called me at 530am my time and told me he got a 100% on his test and that he is really really sick. Poor guy. I could hear lots of talking in the back and asked if anyone else were on the phone talking to their spouses. He said no. I love that he calls me every single chance he gets.

 

Anyway, glad I could document my pregnancy so far. We still have not picked a name. We have a list of names we both like but nothing feels right. And if you are curious: Ryan, Reid, Landon, Graham, Austin, Logan, Casen are all on the list. I am not sure we will use any of them though. Nothing is seeming right even though they are all our favorite names!!!!
