Back on April 6th Brooklyn had her big, significant 8th birthday. Her baptism birthday. Her bday was the day after Easter so she had quite the fun few days. Here are some pictures that recap her fun day.
This was a picture taken on Easter that I forgot to include in the last post.
She woke up to snow on her birthday!! Fun for a little bit but then it was wet and yucky the whole day which kind of put a damper on things :(
For her birthday she wanted four things. A yoga mat, workout videos, roller blades and gift cards. Wish granted for the little lady. She loves exercising and yoga and I love that about her.
Earlier in the day I had an OB appointment where she played doctor.
We hit up the mall and she used some birthday gift cards. We also treated ourselves to Cinnabon.

I've expressed numerous times that you just can't get better then her. She is a total gift from heaven.
I actually really love car photos. They are always so cute and fun.
She had a gift card to Target and used it to buy this hat. She is so awesome. She is the perfect balance of girly girl and athlete.

She is so full of personality. She is so mature, she's reasonable, she's bossy, responsible, super nurturing, and the best punishment to use on her is showing our disappointment in her- but that doesn't happen often because she is just a little gem
And just for fun I added this picture of her fun room. Loft on one side, and her room on the other. Such a fun house we live in.
She had a few friends over a few days later for her party. We made pizzas, lip gloss and had a movie night with lots of junk food :)
