Christmas in Idaho

Just a warning that this is the longest blog in my blogging history. I had way too many Christmas pictures and I could not leave any out. I should also mention that this blog is all over the place, and the pictures are not in order. So many pictures that they got out of order:)

We had such a great Christmas this year. It was so enjoyable being up in Idaho with Wade's family. We had a beautiful white Christmas and so much good food. We hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas and their family like we did.

My little Snow Angel. Jena got Brooklyn this adorable white sweater for Christmas. We whipped it out early so she could wear it for Christmas Sunday. She looked beautiful in it.

Here she is sitting on the table eating a bagel. I have never really given her anything like this, but her cousin Addy eats them, so we tried it too, and she loved it!

Here we are Christmas morning. Brooklyn was more interested in her uncle Jake. She wouldn't pose for the picture.

Don't you think we are cute in are matching PJ's? Wade and I got these last year from my mom, so this year we went and got Brooks some to match. I love them!

How random is this? This is Brooklyn's cousin Addison. By total randomness, we got our girls the same dress and the same headband. They are pretty cute in them. We couldn't believe out of all the dresses out there that they had the same one. Guess we both have great taste:)

This is her aunt JaNae. They share the same beautiful hair color strawberry blond. Yes, Brooklyn has hair!

This is Brooklyn and Wade's stockings. This is not their real ones. It was Wade's from his childhood that stays there, and Brooklyn's is a dollar store special. Our stockings were packed in storage, so we had to improvise.

This is Uncle Jake! He has really been into lifting. He pretends that the empty wrapping paper is his weights, so we had to get him the real thing. Well kinda, we improvised on this too. This was given by Santa, and he loved it!

Brooklyn as she opened her stocking. She didn't really know what to do with this or the presents. She wanted to play with Uncle Jake's toys and the wrapping paper. Oh well, next year she might be more interested in her gifts...maybe?

I started a new tradition this year. I put a letter from me in their stockings. It just told them how much I love them, why I love them, and most importantly, my love and testimony of my Savior. Each year they will get one. When Brooklyn is older she will have all of these special letters from her mom. I think it is special, and Wade did too! This is Wade as he read his. BTW...he has sexy bed head...NOT!

She did like this toy! She loves the TV remote, so I got her a fake one to play with. She stills wants the real one, but she does like this one too!

Brooklyn and her awesome Uncle Jake. She seriously is loves him. The minute he walks into the room she whines to go see him. And she laughs hysterically at him constantly. I love watching them together!

This is my sexy man. All the guys went snow mobilling. Wade had a blast. I think this was a joke. I don't think he really wore it...I hope not!

Before we headed up to Idaho, we stayed at Wade's grandparents for a few days. She LOVED her great grandpa. He enjoyed her too!

This was Brooklyn on Christmas Eve. She was constantly trying to pull the bows off the presents and pull paper out of the bags!

Oh yeah, and she wanted to take off the ornaments.
