We have yet again another plan for our family. Our plan was to rent out our home...pay off student loans and debt...then buy another house for cheap, and settle here with Wade's job. Then we were going to move to Vegas. Well none of that is the case these days.
Here is our new plan. Wade and I have decided to give a firm commitment to Law School. Wade has signed up for the LSAT and he takes the big test in June. He is now preparing and studying for the test. We are now in the process of looking at schools we want to apply to. Our hope is to go to BYU. It is a very good law school and is super cheap. He will start applying in September and we will attend in 2009. Due to this decision we are not looking at buying a house and we have decided to rent a house while we wait to move for school. Our renters in our home are great and we have yet to have a problem.
I have been struggling to find a good place to rent. We wanted somewhere in Double Diamond...wanted to find a reasonable price...to move into next month or after.. and a place that we can have family stay if they come to visit us. We wanted to be in the Double Diamond ward. Well...none of that is the case, yet again. By some random chance I was looking on Craigs List and found a HUGE house in the North West for a killer deal. It is pet friendly, over looks all of Reno, 3 bedroom, and a really new home. It is a dream come true home for our situation. It is fully furnished with beautiful furniture. We wanted this so we can keep our stuff in storage in case we need to move back into our home if our renters do not want to renue their lease come October. We didn't want to move all of our stuff into somewhere, to turn around and possible pack it back up. We are soooooo excited about this. We finalized the deal tonight. There is a really strong ward and a young ward too... I so looking forward to meeting new people and meeting new friends. I could not be happier. The house is soooo beautiful and so big...2500 square feet.
On another note...Super Tuesday. I had this whole night planned. I bought pizza, wore the republican color red all day, and so did Brooks, bought treats and made a big Romney sign to hang on our door(I know I am a dork). We were so excited all day to sit in front of the TV and watch the results come in. To our dismay, Romeny did not do as well as we would have hoped. We are, however; still hopefull for Romeny to pull out his tricks and win this BABY.
Lots going on...boring post...but lots of changes!!!! WISH US LUCK:)
