Where Would I Go?

Sheri... you always do posts like this and I love them too. :) I saw this on Sheri's blog and thought it was neat. Hopefully I can look back on this in 10 years and say that I have been there and I will have 5 new places I want to visit!

Here are my top Five Places I want to visit, experience and, see.
1. New York---Wade and I are so Obsessed with big cities. We would love to live in a huge city and take the subways, walk every where, shop at places I have never heard of and totally live up the big city life. Keep in mind this is without children. We should have gotten this done prior to having Brooklyn, now we will have to wait until the kiddo's are gone. But we are planning to visit New York soon. The first item on my to do list in New York would DEFINITELY be visiting my morning shows. I would go to time square and hold up my cute home made sign at the Good Morning America set. I watch that show religiously every morning...in fact I am watching it now. Then I would head over to the Regis and Kelly show. After Regis and Kelly I would make my way over to The View and booo at all the wacko liberals like Joy. I want to see Elizabeth. I think she is cute! We talk about going to New York weekly. We can't wait to get there!

2. FRANCE--My dad served his mission in France so France has always been my dream place. I took 3 years of French...can't speak a word...but I want to go. I love France so much that I have my whole house decorated in the Paris theme. I want to kiss Wade in front of the Eiffel Tower and take a picture of us doing it, I want to eat at their little outside cafe's, and I want to sit at the fountains and watch the french people. I would be perfectly content just walking through the streets looking at things. There are so many things I want to see and experience there. I think I will fall in love with Paris and it probably will be my heaven on earth.

3. Hawaii--I know most people have probably been there done that, but I haven't and really want to go. I love vacationing where there are beaches and swimming. I would be in heaven just renting a beach house or condo and never leaving the beach. I am a total beach bum. I would also like to rent a jeep that could take us up to the mountains where the rain forests are so I can play in the waterfalls and swing on the rope and fall into the fresh water. Oh...I cannot go to a resort style hotel on the beach without ordering my virgin margarita from the Hawaiian guy that comes around to your beach chair and takes your order.:)

4. Jerusalem and Israel. I am so in love with learning about Christ. I would love to do a whole trip purely dedicated to visiting all the important places Christ taught, died, The garden, the Tomb where he was resurrected, walk where he walked, and learn more about my Savior.

5. Italy, England, Germany, Norway(Wade's family and heritage is from Norway) Ireland...all those European Countries. I think to do this trip we will either do it by Cruise or major tour guide. We will spend more than a few weeks when we do this trip. We will also need some major spending money, so I guess this trip we have to do in 10 years. I am so intrigued with the European culture. I know each country is vastly different than the other, but I am intrigued with it all. Oh...when I hit London, I better meet Prince William who I have a major crush on...well when I was in h/s I did:)

For now we are planning on our trip to Cabo. We are planning on going in December or January. Winter is also excited about this because she will fly here to watch Brooklyn while we are gone. We are going with our friends John and Julie Wright. I CANNOT wait!

Ok...now we need to hear about where you want to and will go.

If you have not visited my blog this week, please read the following post. I need your email address because I am going to make this blog private next week. And promise me you will still visit my blog even though it is a pain in the butt to log in!!!

Just please promise not to post a picture of you and Wade doing it in front of the Eiffel Tower ;-) That's TMI, know what I mean? A kiss is fine though.

Ooohhh! All those places sound so exciting. I would love New York, too, and all the Europe & Italy stuff!

Dan's parents travel all over like to those kinds of places. Big sigh! Some day.....right now I have to live vicariously through them and pictures....
