Ivy Baby Update

Ivy baby ( I call it that in reference to a nick name to our last name Iverson, not going to name the baby Ivy Iverson!) is doing some work on me lately. This last week has been a little rough. I have had major headaches accompanied with major neck aches. I also am finishing up my semester, so with that comes all the major projects, end of the term papers and a bunch of everything. We are headed out of town to Vegas on Monday and everything needs to be turned in before I go, so I am stressed. I am almost 14 weeks which means pretty much 3 and a half months ALREADY! Holy smokes this is going super fast. I am still super duper tired, and I am starting to get hungry all the time...which we know is no good. I still have yet to show but I think this next week or so I will start to have a little something. I have gained a couple of pounds according to the scale, so I know that baby is growing:) I go to the Dr. for my 4 month appt. in two weeks. I am really nervous that my blood pressure will be up...and then I am in trouble. But then in 2 more weeks after that, we find out what we are having, actually 2 days before Christmas. That is be a fun gift right before Christmas:)

Please excuse my outfit, I had just gotten home from dance, but here I am at 14 weeks. It is hard to tell since I have layers of tank tops, but there really is nothing there but a tiny little chub!
I forgot to blog about our fun weekend. Wade and Rick took Brooklyn and Jace to the MCQ vs. GHS football game on Friday. I was supposed to go to a dance thing but ended up staying home in a bad mood (another side effect of being pregnant). I am however, glad I skipped the football game. I won't mention how terrible GHS did, but Wade was sure happy. Boo! Brooklyn actually loved the game and now anytime she sees football on tv she runs up and says football and gets excited!
Then on Saturday we did some shopping at Scheels, rode the Farris wheel, which Brooklyn loved and then did some shopping at Costco. We then headed up to the Summit Mall and ate dinner and then headed over and waited for Santa, listened to the High School choir and then watched the fire works after! What a fun night!

Here is Santa as he approaches the crowd. Brooklyn was more interested in the police officer who was in front of him. She kept trying to say hi to him. Guess we need to get her introduced to Santa!

Here is Brooklyn on Wades shoulders and Tracen on Chris' so they could see Santa!

And here is our cheese head at dinner.

I love the Ivy nickname. It might be kind of funny to name your kid Ivy Iverson. j/k

I can't believe you are already 14 weeks. I start showing at 8 weeks-so I am a little jealous of how good you look! :)
