I Want to BLOG!!!

It has been 2 weeks since my last post:( I have a butt load of pictures that I am anxiously awaiting to get posted. The problem...I have lost my camera to computer adapter here at my parents house. Someone took it and put it in some secret spot. I have searched everywhere. And...due to the fact that I have a fancy shmancy camera, no one elses adapter will work.

Here is a little pictureless, boring update about what we have done.

We have crafted and crafted and crafted. All of my gifts this year to my family members are going to be gifts I have made. Don't worry Winter, Macy and Mom...they are not craft projects. Think SUPER DUPER COOL enrichment night projects. If fact, they are so cool that my friend wants to make them for her family members! Creating these gifts have been so much fun and a great way to occupy my days here.

We have played with our friends Teri, Sara and Ausra. I love them and am so glad I have been able to spend time with them. I miss them when I am away.

We have Shopped of course. I miss my clearance racks in Reno when I am in Lubbock, so it has been nice to shop:) We have also eaten out a whole bunch for lunch, which my wallet doesn't like. Oh well...

Brooklyn and Weston have been in heaven playing with Uncle Reilly. Reilly has spent quality time with my kids and I am so grateful for that:) Reilly is a great uncle! 9 days and he will be in the MTC. I will miss him...very much.

We are missing Wade like you wouldn't believe. Brooklyn constantly asks to go home and see her dad. She also continually asks to go see Ben and Callie. Poor girl, we still have 5 weeks. I am so badly missing my house, my lover boy and my friends in Texas. It is amazing how much Lubbock feels like home. I am super grateful that I feel that way. How bad would it be if I hated Lubbock and had 3 more years there? I feel blessed.

I will end with a sweet story. Today was Fast and Testimony Sunday and Brooklyn saw all of the people going up to bare their testimonies. She said,"I go up there too, because I older!" So my dad took her up there and she sat there waiting patiently for her turn. Then, my dad held her and whispered in her ear. Here was her testimony: I am thankful for Heavenly Father, for My Jesus Christ, for my Mom and for my Dad and my brother...In the name...AMEN. It was so sweet.

I hope I can find my adapter soon because I have pictures from Thanksgiving, dress up, Santa, and some other cute ones!
