PreSchool- Girl

Brooklyn started school this last week. She is a little preschooler and is the officially in school now! She goes to a local preschool and we LOVE it. She goes two days a week from 9-12. I can't believe that I have a child old enough to go to preschool, but I guess that is the way it goes. Last week we got to go to back to school night and meet her cute, cute teacher. She LOVED Brooklyn and Brooklyn loved her. It is a huge preschool and very well run. So we are happy!

The first day of school picture. We were running so late that her outfit wasn't complete at this point, but she looked adorable once we got everything put together in the car. Go figure...first day of school and we were doing hair in the car. Sounds like my childhood ;) Oh and yes, she is missing a backpack. A few weeks ago we bought a cute little backpack for school. Then we go to back to school night and the teacher specifically asked us to bring a LARGE backpack and not the toddler size one. So we returned it in hopes to find a reg. sized one. Lubbock was out of anything worth buying( I am mean and won't buy anything with a character on it...I know, I know) or anything under 20 bucks. I wasn't going to spend anymore then 15 on a backpack for preschool. So I found an adorable one on ebay and it is being shipped. She did go to preschool without a backpack the first week and was sad about it :(

So the first week went SO WELL. She was so ready to go and I was so excited for her. I didn't cry. She is just going to preschool, maybe Kindergarten I will :) She has learned so much already and wishes she could go everyday. Her teacher says she does well and is very well behaved! I just can't believe that this starts my life without Brooklyn with me 24/7. She will have two years of preschool and then Elementary school. Crazy!
