San Fransisco bay

Friday we headed to the pier and the bay. It was so so fun!

My kids were so incredible the whole trip. They had no naps, late nights, early mornings and were still so fabulous. Weston is finally getting to the point where he is getting so easy. I don't need a stroller anymore. He walked the whole pier with us and listened so well. Finally we are in a easy point with both kids and want to through a baby in the mix. (no not pregnant)

Wade and I have a serious love for San Fran. It is by far both of our favorite cities. Wade did get accepted to their law school and even got a fatty scholarship there....but we chose Tech. I am glad we did, but I was a tiny bit sad being there knowing we could have gone there and lived there. And not to mention, being 4 hours drive from family.

It was so fun to vacation with my mom.

Brooklyn loved all the street performers.

Please notice Mickey in the background. Kids loved having there picture taken with Mickey!

Isn't my mom adorable?

Off of the pier there is a little area with sand and waves. It was breezy so we didn't get in the water, but it was fun playing in the sand.

This kid found a new obsession with the beach. He.fell.in.love. The next day I went shopping with my mom and nanni and Wade took the kids to half moon bay and played for a few hours at the beach there. I was told both kids were in HEAVEN!

Being in San Fransisco makes me think of Wade. Before we had kids we were married for 3 years. We took so many trips. We traveled everywhere. A lot of those vacations were to SF. We have been there with two different besties, been there just the two of us and been there with my family. One time I got home late from school one night and I walk in and find a huge surprise. Wade had set up blankets and pillows in the living room, had music going, junk food ready to be eaten and a movie ready to be watched. I also had a gift waiting under my pillow. I opened it to find a whole trip planned to SF. So the next day we headed over and spent the weekend. It was such a blast. We stayed in Union Square and roamed the city. It was wonderful.

We were talking on the way down to SF this time about how many trips we have made there. We have been there tons, even with our kids. I think this was Weston's 2nd Giants game and Brooklyn has been to at least 4 or 5. Such fun memories from this wonderful place. We hadn't been in 2 years...So happy we got to go back! It was so fun!
