Today Brooklyn had her first school trip. She has talked about it for about a week now. She woke up excited this morning. We dropped her off, watched her get on the bus and then Weston and I met them there.
Brooklyn and most of the kids in her class. 3 were missing.
We did the corn maize first and my kids pretty much whined and complained the whole time :) I need water, I am hungry, I am tired of walking, I am ready to be done....
Then we jumped on the hay ride to find our pumpkins.
Brooklyn found her perfect pumpkin and asked the farmer to cut it off the vine for her.
She really wanted this green one and I thought it was cute too. 
She had a blast on the bus. I think by far, that was the highlight of her first field trip. She loved that the bus didn't have seat belts and that she got to sit by her friends!

How very fun. I think that I love Halloween (almost) as much as Christmas because there are so many fun adventures to share. Glad you had a fun time :)
