Field Trip and some Cute Weston

I love days when Brooklyn is at school and me and my little chunnie get to hang out. Sometimes I just clean and get stuff done and he watches PBS. Some days we run errands, which always includes a treat(I have to spoil him when it's just me and him :) And some days we just hang out together. Today we dropped off B and came home and made treats together!

This kid is seriously a boy! Look at him talking to SheShe! Gross! He has been doing this, hand in his butt thing, for 2 days now. I wondered what was up with this. Then, I just went up to get mad at the kids for not sleeping and walked in to Weston pants/undie less and noticed a ton of itchy bumps. So I guess he is just itching his cheeks and not being a disgusting boy :)
Weston is my little love. I have never been able to get enough of him, and still can't. He is such a good, easy kid. He is happy and nice but has a serious TEMPER! boy can this kid be a serious butt! He can't wait to be fwee(3). He talks about going to school all the time. I am sad I can't put him in pre-school here with Brooklyn's teacher from last year. Hopefully wherever we go will have good options :)

He still takes a 2-3 hour nap every day. And so does Brooklyn. She is almost 5 and still naps. Not every day but definitely 2 or 3 days a week and on Sundays, when we all nap :)

I think I look gross in this picture, but I thought Weston looked adorable in it so I had to put it up. I am really not that vain :) Anyway, I love this little boy. There is just something about him :)

Around 11 today we met Brooklyn and her class at their field trip. They went to a pizza place, toured the kitchen, learned how to make pizza and then got to eat :) Wade and I and Weston met her there. It was so cute to watch her interact with her friends. Why oh why is she so big? Wade and I were watching her from our table and Wade mentioned how she used to be this tiny little peanut in a bassinet beside our bed. And how she used to be this tiny thing laying on her daddy's chest as he watched the Giants. And now she is almost 5, riding the bus on field trips and about to be in Kindergarten! Time goes so fast.

Brooklyn was such a nice sister today. When we got there Brooklyn and her friends were eating. Weston was really sad to be sitting with us. I asked her what she thought about having Weston join her and her friends or if she would rather him eat with us. I would have understood if she didn't want him there. But no, she gladly said she wanted Weston to come sit by her. She is such a kind little girl. You should have seen Weston's face and ginormous smile as I walked him over to her table. Then she shared her piece of pizza with him and made him feel loved and included!
