Quick Update and Visit with Family

As a family, we are soooo busy. I cannot complain though, I love being busy. However, I do not like being busy with school. I am a full time student, and a full time mom. I cannot wait for this semester to be over with. Wade is busy at work, and busy studying for the LSAT. The tests he has taken so far look really good. If it is an indicator of the results of the actual test, we are in very good shape. Wade is also very busy playing basketball. He plays Wed. nights and early Sat. mornings. He gets a few guys from the Ward and plays both times. He is really enjoying being active. I wish there were girls interested in doing the same thing.
Anyway, Brooklyn is also super busy as I mentioned before. Today for instance I was reading a chapter in my textbook and it took me the whole day(usually takes 2 hours) because I was chasing after Brooklyn as she was constantly into things she shouldn't and making sooo many messes. Macy has spring break this week so she was home, and Brooklyn was even driving her crazy with her messes and busyness. I wished she could crawl and walk, and now I want to constrain her in her crib all day so I could get things done. j/k, I love this new phase but not when I am super busy and she wants to pull things out of the garbage or get into the toilet.

Well on a brighter note, Wade's mom and brother came into town on Friday. They had a layover here. They were on the way to Oregon to see Wendy, Wade's sister, and found a flight that stopped here for a little bit. Luckily for us, the plane to Oregon was delayed so we go to see her for a total of 5 hours. All three of us enjoyed every minute of their visit. Brooklyn totally remembered Uncle Jake. She loved every minute playing with him. Here are some pics. of what we are up to lately.

Jena loved seeing Brooklyn. Brooklyn got to show her how she walks and "real" crawls and all of her new tricks.
Aunt Jentry sent Brooklyn an early birthday present. If you know me, you know I could never wait till the actual day to open it. We loved the gift. It will fit her probably for awhile, so that was a good buy Jentry. The yellow looks perfect on her. I LoVeD it!

We have been spending a lot of time with Teri and Kade. Brooklyn has really enjoyed her time with Kade. I swear they were meant to be friends, I have never seen her play and be so excited like she gets when she is with Kade. It is so cute.


Lastly, we are getting ready to move this weekend. We are so excited and so happy to move. This is our house! I will have to post pictures of the inside so you can see how cute it is. This home and the whole situation is such an answer to our prayers and such a blessing in disguise.
