Our weekend by the Bay

Like I mentioned in the ball game post, we spent some time in San Francisco this last weekend. The weather was chilly and we didn't have anything we wanted to really go and do(this was our 10th trip there as a couple) so we pretty much just hung out and enjoyed each other. Here are some fun pictures our weekend.

Here we are at the Pier's. We just walked around Pier 39 and down by the water. It was Brooklyn's first time to the beach and to the sand.
I love this picture. Wade took it as I was trying to show Brooklyn that the sand is fun. There is just something about this picture that is sweet to me.

As Wade put Brooklyn down on the sand she tried to pull her feet up. She definitely needed some convincing that the sand was ok.
Here we are at Red Robin. Yum! Also...I cut my hair and my sister has been dying to see a good picture of it. The wind was so bad the whole weekend that I did not get a good picture all weekend because my hair was nasty and wind blown. Here is the best of it from this weekend... Winter!
Golden Gate bridge in the back ground.
Wade and I took turns on the carousel with Brooklyn. 5 bucks was such a rip off, but Brooklyn loved every minute of the horse going up and down.

I forgot to tell you in my last post about the signed base ball that Brooklyn got. When we got down to our seats yesterday, a very nice man thought Brooklyn was the cutest thing he had ever seen with her Giants outfit. He then told us that we wanted to get a base ball signed for her. It was batting practice, so the players were near us signing things for fans. Well he brought us back a signed base ball. I just thought that was very nice of him to do that for us!

Love your new haircut! John and I make those kind of trips all the time. Usually we'll wake up and go "hey, wanna go to SF?" and we take off with absolutely no plan in mind. Those are our best family trips!
