Doing things together

Have I ever mentioned how much I love having two kids? Well, I love it. It is so much fun. Weston is getting to an age where he is aware of his surroundings and notices when Brooklyn is around. Brooklyn takes advantage of that and performs for him. It is pretty cute. The other day I called Weston a pain in the bum because he was fussy and Brooklyn looks at me and says, "Baby Weston is not a bum, he is a cute little boy!" I love her, and she is right, he IS a cute little boy. I feel bad because when Brooklyn was little I blogged every month with what she was doing and what was new in her life. Well little Weston has been blog neglected. Sorry buddy...we have been busy moving and starting a new life here. But here is to your 4 months!

Here are some pictures of my kids spending time together and an update of Mr. Weston.

My kids are always cuddling. They both love laying on the pillow together. Weston tries his hardest to look at her and then proceeds to try and eat her face. Brooklyn loves to cuddle him and kiss his head.

Weston absolutely loves watching his sister and smiles immediately when he comes around him.

Brooklyn was playing with Weston on the ground and asked me to fold up the blanket with both of them in it like I usually do to Weston.

They ALWAYS watch movies together. Weston LOVES her shows and loves the tv now. Brooklyn loves her brothers Baby Einstein movies too. These two are going to be best buds.

Weston Slade is a very good baby.

*Weston is the most smiliest baby I have ever seen. You won't find him not smiling very often.

*He is starting to giggle. He thinks mommy is pretty funny:)

*He loves to eat! So different from Brooklyn. Weston can down an eight ounce bottle every 3 hours.

*He still has no hair. Poor guy.

*He is starting to grab and pull at things.

*Weston loves his swing and bouncy seat. He is NOT a big fan of tummy time. We are working on that though.

*Weston loves interacting with people. He is not very good at doing nothing and being all alone.

*Weston talks and talks and talks. He takes after both of his parents on that one. This kid is such a yapper. I love it!

***Everything else here in TX is great. We have started meeting a few other cute families in our ward. Wade is on cloud nine being in school. Don't tell him I told you this because he will get mad, but I can brag about him because I am his wife, but Wade today after speaking a few times in class, was told by another student that he knew who the smartest kid in class was. (Holy huge, long sentence. sorry) YAY WADE! Wade is the smartest. I think I see more of him now then I did when he worked for the Governor. He is home by 4 or 5 everyday after his studying sessions. His load is pretty intense but he is really understanding everything and enjoying what he is learning. Anyway, life is good here. The only thing that is missing is my family in Reno and my friends back home that I miss.
