A little bit about what we have been up to

We are having such a good time here in Reno. The almost 3 weeks has flown by and there is still so much I want to do and more time I want to spend with people. Thankfully, I have really been able to spend time with all of my close friends and family. My mom has been great and taken a lot of time off of work to see us. Today is the only day where we are just hanging out at home. We were supposed to go to Lake Tahoe today but didn't because we have been 2 other times in the past 4 days and I got fried yesterday. This weekend we head over to Utah to see my sister, Chance and Baby Blake. I am so excited to meet my very own nephew.

Here are a few pictures from the beginning of our trip.

We had a total of 8 flying hours plus 2 stops. It was a LONG day, but my kids were FABULOUS! They always are. For the last 2 hour flight I asked the flight att. to go under the plane and get my car seat. They did, and it was a life saver. Weston was in need of a nap and I thought he would sleep in it. He totally did and slept the whole time. Definitely taking my car seat with me on every flight. These two are the best travelers and loved watching the planes.

We have seen Brooklyn in MANY dress ups costumes. She is having a fabulous time. Funny story: Brooklyn know every ones last name. When people ask her her name she gives them her full name. She knows that my family are Heims. So the other day she told me she was now Brooklyn Renee Heims. I told her she was an Iverson and that we are a family and she needed to be an Iverson. She got upset, called her dad and said, "I want to be a Heims now. I don't want to be an Iverson!" I even over heard her at the lake yesterday giving some little boy her name, Brooklyn Renee Heims. She sure loves the Heims family!

She has attempted to ride a bike. She totally can't :( Yet no one has even attempted to teach her :(

We have done lots of eating out. MY FAVORITE thing in this world to do. It is so nice to go out to dinner and only have my meal on the ticket and not Wade's too. Makes it a lot cheaper! Although I miss Wade and would sooooo much rather have a higher bill and have him here.

I just realized that I have no pictures of Weston on here. He has just been too dang busy walking everywhere. He walks just to walk. I don't think he has sat longer then a minute here. No exaggeration. He is busy, busy busy. We also found out that he is a MAJOR grampa's boy. He loves my dad.

We are all having fun. We sure miss Lubbock though. I can't wait to be home.
