Hello!

I am trying to blog and keep up with documenting our life, but it doesn't help when I have my camera buried in my diaper bag and never ever pull it out. What has gotten into me? I love taking pics of my kids. I guess maybe I got burnt out? So here is a lame attempt at pictures. I pulled it out the other day...I will explain in the picture of Brooklyn.

This isn't the cutest pic of Weston but one of the only ones I have taken of him this year. Speaking of little Weston, he is going through another naughty phase. He refuses to eat anything but junk and pizza, and he is a Toy Story JUNKIE! I will do a post about that sometime this week...it is that worthy of one. He is so obsessed with the movies that I think is contributing to his naughtiness. Having said that, I love this little guy and I am pretty sure I have to have another one just because I want another little Chunnie.
His talking is incredible these days. He can pretty much communicate anything to me.
So I pulled out the camera because Brooklyn and I were eating some eggs for lunch while watching a movie. She was staring at the tv (of course) and I was staring at her. I could not believe how stinkin' cute she is. Today she got home from Wade's basketball game and had this convo with me:
Brooklyn: So here is what dad and I talked about.
Me: what are you talking about?
B: Well I told him that I am getting bigger. My body is getting bigger.
B: And when I get bigger I will be a mom.
B: and when that happens and my body grows up, I will be a mommy and dad will be a grandpa.

*She is so obsessed with getting bigger and growing up. Doesn't she know that being 3 almost 4 is where her mommy wants her to stay?...forever!

Unless she keeps making this face while we are taking a picture.... Brooklyn looks ticked(and she was when wade pulled out the camera and interrupted Toy Story 3).

Our friends have had a flood explosion in their apt. so they have stayed with us the last 3 nights. We loved every minute of it. Wade said he was sad when they went back home today. We had fun late nights :) I love having good friends! And speaking of good friends we went to our friends Travis and Cori's house for a super bowl party last night with our other friends Sam and Brittney. It was so yummy and I will be working off the 5 pounds gained last night this whole week! It is so nice to have good friends!

And it is so nice having a husband like Wade. I am Loving his new "non brace face" smile. He is handsome, smart, funny, and domestic. Here he was sewing up his jeans that had a hole. Love this guy! He is leaving me to go see his BFF Cody in NC. I am so excited for him to go be with his soul mate ;) But I am sooooo jealous at the same time, if it weren't for the kiddies I would be going too. Marissa-I am sad I won't be visiting you!!! He definitely deserves a fun vacay. He has 4 jobs (no joke) and is a full time smarty pants student! So go have fun babe!
