More lovin'

Here are some more pictures from Valentines Day. They aren't great, but I know my fam will still love them.

Everyone who knows me, knows how much I love to celebrate any holiday. Valentines Day is one of my favorites. I love being in love, I love having someone in love with me. I now love celebrating my love for my kids. The whole day was so fun! Brooklyn woke up, came into our room, woke us up and said, "HAPPY VALENTINES DAY mommy!". So the day started off awesome!

We took Wade to work, and went home for some play time. Then at 11am we all took a 3 hour nap. It was heavenly. We got in from Dallas (post on that next) at 2am that morning so we were exhausted! Poor Wade had to be at work at 8am. Later that day we got Wade, he dropped Brooklyn and I off at my hair appointment and Weston and Wade went to go get Brooklyn something for vday. Our tradition is that Wade gets Brooklyn something and I get Weston something. And of course we spoil each other too. (Yes mom...I know his face is dirty in this one too. )

Then we headed to dinner. We thought we were getting a babysitter, but being that we were in Dallas, we just didn't get one set up so we took our kids with us to Red Lobster. It was so delicious and our kids were so well behaved...thank goodness! Then we came home and exchanged gifts. I bought Weston a 10 dollar race mat I got from Ikea in Dallas (sweet deal). Here he is showing me his car :)
Brooklyn wanted an Ariel barbie so that is what Wade got her. She is a happy girl! Wade got me an awesome black wool coat. He was in NC this last week and he bought it there. I loved it and it is smokin' hott...the only problem is it is 2 sizes too big :( He said it was on sale and it was the only size left and looked right ;) I got Wade a pair of Bostonian shoes in Dallas. He is now a happy man in his new suit and new shoes.
I have to throw this one in there because, as I have mentioned before, Weston is OBSESSED with Toy Story. He learned the, "To infinity and beyond". So that is what he was doing here. Cute boy. Yesterday we woke up to him in his crib doing it over and over again.

Brooklyn had a vday party at her school. She gave these valentines with a fruit by the foot snack attached. I made her write her name on every single one too. All by herself. Poor girl has a long name and it took forever! But she did it and they were so cute.

Oh and while we were home for a quick minute before going to dinner, our best friends door bell ditched some cute cookies for us. One of them said... T+B=LOVE. (Triston +Brooklyn)....so cute! She loved them! Valentines Day is so AWESOME!
