Weston is about the feistiest thing I have ever seen. When I turned around in the front seat to look at him, this is how he was sitting in his car seat. And then he wouldn't give me a smile when I wanted to take a picture. I guess he was in a mood! Sure love this little piece of work!
We have been up to the lake a few times since we have been in Reno. I love Tahoe. It's my most favorite place on earth. My kids absolutely love it too! This was Brooklyn "surfing" on a boogie board!
Brooklyn and her cousin Addison have tons of fun playing together.
I can't tell you how much I love that Wade's side of the fam has so many cousins that are Brooklyn and Weston's age. They are going to have a blast growing up together. This is just 4 out of the 10.
We have been in Reno for almost a month now. It's going good but I think that I am already itching to have all my stuff back, out of storage and to get to AZ and start life again. It's hard, so hard being in transition. And I still have 4 more months!
Wade has about a month left until he leaves us for Alabama to go to officer training and a military law training. I am trying to prepare myself that he is going to be gone for 4 months. That thought makes me terribly sad :(
Last night my parents and Wade went and saw Batman. I happily stayed back with the kids. While we were finishing dinner, Brooklyn says to me, "Mom, I think we should go for a nighttime shopping trip." Weston happily agreed. So we hopped in the car and headed for the mall. We have a mall that is an outdoor one and it was fun to browse in each store and let the kids run from each store and play with all the statues every where. Plus it was gorgeous weather out last night and nice to be outside. So glad Brooklyn had such a fabulous idea!
These two were made for each other. We always say if they weren't related we would need to marry them! And yes, that is crystal clear water. Nothing beats Tahoe!
This kid is so cool for so many reasons. He is seriously a cool kid. So happy he is mine :)
