Alabama visit!

Yay! Blogger is allowing me to upload pictures again! So now I have soooo much catching up to do. These were from our trip to Alabama to visit Wade for Thanksgiving.

We had such a great time in AL. That state is gorgeous! Especially in the fall with all the millions of trees and the color changing. We were there for 8 days and it was fabulous. Wade had some time of of JAG school due to the holiday which made our visit extra nice :) The Sunday that we were there we drove around the Maxwell AFB. It's a beautiful base!
We did go to Gulf Shores for a few days during Thanksgiving. It was about 3.5 hours away and worth every minute of the drive. The gulf coast is gorgeous with white sandy beaches and very resort-ish. Unfortunately, I didn't take many pics from the gulf. But we ate lots of seafood, hung at the beach, swam at the pool at our hotel, relaxed, shopped a little on black Friday, and just enjoyed being a family after 6 weeks of not being together.
So after AL we flew back to Arizona and began a new life without Wade. He still had three weeks of training left.
This was his JAG school. His office here is not this nice, haha. It has no windows at all in the building and they say he it used to be a nuclear lab or something during one of the wars. Yikes!
This base has a huge air park that was fascinating! Planes and jets are so cool. The boys room is going to be decorated in vintage planes. I am excited to get shopping.
I don't really have anything else to document about our trip other than that is was amazing and so fun.
So now Wade is home!!! He got here on Saturday. We had the unfortunate luck of having a rough move in. Our stuff was stored in Texas for 7 months in a storage unit. The storage unit was not good to us. Every single box we opened smelled of mildew. It didn't have mildew on it, it just smelt like that. So every dish, utensil, appliance, ect was extremely dirty and smelly and needed to be washed. I thought it would be such an easy unpacking. No. Everything got unpacked and sat on the counter, floor, table waiting to get in the dish washer. Then every towel, sheet, blanket, every single piece of clothing, coat, ect needed to be washed. A lot of things we ended up throwing out because of how bad they were. So now 4 days later and we are just now finally done washing and starting to organize and put away. Crazy.

Our gross mess has definitely put a damper on trying to feel the holiday spirit since we worked 16 hours a day cleaning our stuff. But, last night we went on a date. We went to Cheesecake Factory and finished up the Christmas shopping. I love this time of year. I just wished it would last a few weeks longer!
I think this picture is cute! I still can't believe I am pregnant. What am I going to do with three? Life is so easy right now as my kids are well behaved and self sufficient. Life is going to drastically change in 2 months!
Wade gets 5 days off to unpack. It's been so nice. It's been so wonderful having him around again. It is a tad weird since I got so used to life without him!
I love this kid!
Oh the fall colors! I love love the fall. I love these two kiddies and I love my Wade. Life is so good and we are so blessed.
Because we now have a four bedroom house, we will have the boys share and we are using the 4th bedroom for a play room. I have a love hate relationship with it already. I love that my toys are all upstairs. I hate toys in the family room! But...the play room is always such a huge mess! Any ideas on how to avoid a disastrous mess are welcome.
Haha. He kids are "saluping" as Weston calls it! Brooklyn's face cracks me up.
Anyway, that 's it. Hopefully I can keep uploading pictures so I can continue blogging. I really love blogging and keeping this amazing record for my family.
One last note...how is Christmas in a week? I don't want this season to end! I am DEFINITELY not one who gets all stressed around Christmas. I enjoy every single day of it and keep busy, but never feel overwhelmed.
