One of the many things I love about AZ is how much there is to do! We live near a few very cool cities that put on holiday festivities. About a month ago we went with the Clarks' to the city of Surprise-Surprise party as they called it! It had tons of stuff and it was seriously so cool.
For two bucks we could ride an elephant. I have never done that before, so it was pretty neat. Kids loved it!
There were lots of these cool clowns walking around. Notice my kids in shorts and flip flops in December. We have never done that before.
Angel statue that Brooklyn insisted on getting a picture with.
This was a darling Mrs. Claus.
I am getting so sad that Christmas is almost here and then it will be over. Our house is finally coming together and we are starting to enjoy some fun night time activities together. -Except that now we are have yucky colds :(
This area had these cool sand projects where you peal off the decal and put different colored sand on it and it would stick. Of course Weston chose the Batman one. He is majorly into Super heros' right now.
This girl just got out on Christmas break for a few weeks. She is sad to not be going to school for a few weeks. She is LOVING it! Just in two weeks she is already on her way to reading books on her own, she aces every spelling test, and the school work she comes home with is pretty amazing, she is learning a ton. I am so happy we found this school.
We love living by Grandma Jenny (as my kids call her) and Pete. We have spent a lot of time together and it's been wonderful.
The other night Jenny and I took the kids to one of those drive through light things. (I don't know what they are called?). It was awesome! We did cause a little traffic back up so I could get a picture :)
Anyway, that's it for now.
