Way way back in mid May Brooklyn saw a commercial on Disney for Teen Beach Movie. She talked about this movie for two months. Well it finally premiered on Friday. We made it a big deal :)
I even had it penciled in on my calendar/planner. I am telling you, to Brooklyn, it was a HUGE, EXCITING event! So we made it extra special. We took them to get Happy Meals for dinner. I had to eat chicken and a salad at home because I am only allowed so many weight watchers points and anything at MCD would have put me way over!! I did manage to steal some fries though. I couldn't resist.
After we went across the street and got them these huge slushees. We had about an hour before the movie started so we hung out outside and watched Wade work in the yard. Ryan desperately wanted in on the slushee action :) Isn't he getting so old?
Time for the movie to start!! They were well stocked with candy, drinks and popcorn. All three watched the movie like this. So cute.
I loved being able to make this something special for Brooklyn and Weston. They had so much fun and loved that cheesy, Disney movie :)
