Fall Update

I hate doing an update out of order of things I need to blog about but I am never going to get caught up so I have to let go and just start fresh.
My kids are old, we have so much change happening, things are good.
Here is an update on all of that.
Look at that sweet smiley face in the middle (and one cute girl too). My kids are getting so old and grown up. I feel like in our ward at church, we are an older-ish young family. It's so weird.
How about a little update on this beautiful blonde. The last few weeks she has been on the bratty side :) That's a relative term for her, but she is having a little bit of an attitude, been telling lots of exaggerations/small fibs and she is having a little trouble in the temper department. I mean, she is still such a good girl and never in trouble, but this little phase is new for her.
On the other hand, she is such a huge help. She is amazing with Ryan. She changes his diaper, feeds him, gets him ready for the day, helps me clean, puts the boys in the car, ect. It's so great having her so helpful.
This little buddy. He went the entire summer in trouble. He was wild and crazy, didn't listen one bit, unaffectionate, and I really felt like I lost my sweet boy. Then school started and my good, sweet boy came back to me. He is such a loving kid. He has always been fiesty and a little grouchy at times and those two things after five years have changed, YAY! I totally love this boy. He is pretty sensitive which has proved to be a good thing sometimes and a hard thing for him sometimes.
He is a super great help too.  I can count on this kid. His work ethic is incredible. He doesn't mind hard labor with his dad. Such a good boy just like his big sister.
Oh these two. Brooklyn has a school set up in our play room. She really teaches him legit things and they love being in there. I honestly think he has gotten even smarter by being taught in her little class.
Sometimes the school thing drives me nuts because she junks up our play room with lots of crap-I am not a messy play room fan. And if Weston isn't in the mood to do school, she cries and gets all upset and it drives me nuts :)

Besties for sure!!
Ryan and I hang at home a lot. Way more then I would like. In our two years here, we just haven't met any good, solid friends. I say that carefully because we do have lots of friends...we do occasional lunch dates, hangouts. Just none that we do much with. It's been heavy on my heart. I am someone who likes one or two good friends that are my go to/everyday friends. I had many of those during our time in Texas. And I had two great friends when I left Reno. But the last two years have been hard. I think it's made my overall happiness- less. I am hoping our move to Washington in January (more on that later) will change things. I need a bestie.
Anyway, it's just me and Ryan Roo and he is so fun.
I have helped out in his class a few times. It's hard with having Ryan and trying to find somewhere for him to go. I love being in his class room though!
Haha this kid. He found a baseball game at a sandwich shop. I couldn't get his attention after. Typical boy.
Brooklyn got this idea to throw a family Halloween party. So....she asked to go on Pinterest and she pinned the whole night. She is so old.
One a day off from school, I took the kids to Build A Bear. What fun that was.
Ryan loves to do anything his big brother does. This is just so cute to me. I will love this picture in 20 years, I just know it.
Wade and I surprised the kids for lunch one day. It's definitely one of my favorite things to do.
And yes, she takes salads to school. They are her favorite.
Yay for a day spent with my sistah sistah and her cute kiddies. We live an hour away from each other so it's hard to get together as much as we would like.
On one of the Monday holidays we went to this amazing waterfall with some friends from work. It was one of the neatest things we've done here in AZ.
Such a fun day.

The Phoenix Temple Open House was awesome. That is a gorgeous temple. I have been involved for the last two months with the Temple Cultural Celebration with the youth. It's been intense and time consuming but it'll be worth it when it's done (this Saturday is a 15 hour day and the actual performance, yay it's almost over).
This is the look you give when you have locked your keys in the car THREE times in one month. I totally annoy myself. and btw...I haven't done that in over 5 years.
Wade and I do frequent lunch dates and I love it. Wade is so good to carve out time in his busy day to go to lunch with me. We both love it, but our butts and bank account don't ;)

My parents found a beautiful house in Goodyear. 7 minutes away from our house. It's been fun having them here.
Brooklyn started volleyball. She had never played before. She had to learn from square one but by the end of the season she was actually good!! I am hoping she wants to stick with it because it's way funner to watch then soccer.
I want Weston to play too.
Oh Ryan. What a tornado he is. My parents think he is so good, but really, he is so busy and all over the place. I think that's hard. He is a good boy though. He has a DARLING face and a DARLING personality. People eat him up. At the same time he is such a butt. He still cries when I drop him off at nursery (then is fine after two minutes). He has an opinion, says, "MINE" a lot, hits when he is mad, gets into every possible thing he shouldn't, gives serious grouchy faces and throws lots of fits. I swear he is well behaved most of the time :) We are so in love with him.

Girls night! My aunt was here visiting and we spent a night out in Scottsdale. Love that little city.

Weird little men manicans hanging out, outside a store.
What a novel huh? That should keep us up to date for now.
