Seattle Day 3

Day three was great. Every day of our anniversary trip was wonderful. We packed in another full day.
Oh my little Ryan. Winter and I skyped so I could see him. He was not happy about seeing me and made this horribly sad face the entire time. He would swat the phone away, whimper...it was really sad. He doesn't like being left. A few other times we attempted to skype him and it was this sad face every time. He was happy, loved on and take care of, he just had a hard time seeing us.
We rented these great bikes from our hotel. The hotel provides them free to their guests. Sweet hotel, I'm telling ya.
Wade said riding a yellow banana bike felt emasculating.  :)
Seattle was a fun/hard place to bike around. Lots of hills and curves...made the down hill faun :)
We parked our bikes and ate at this hole in the wall that was featured on Diners, Drive In's and Dives. It was called Voulas I think. It was super good and super cheap.
Look at how cute this corner is, Brooklyn street at Brooklyn Square.. I made sure we got a picture of it to put in Brooklyn's room. I think we took one with out me in that is even cuter.
Then we continued on because we wanted to bike around the Uni of Washington. That campus is by far and large the most gorgeous campus I've been to. We barely rode around because we had to keep stopping to take pictures. I wish my pictures did this campus justice. It was so green all of the buildings were beautiful. I was totally in love. This little adventure was one of my favorite things we did. I love bike riding and the ride was gorgeous.

Wade is so fun. I love that guy.
Yay for some jumping pictures with beautiful buildings in the back ground.
I found a great deal on paddle boarding and we both hadn't ever done it, so we decided to definitely try it out. I was wayyyyy more natural at it then Wade was. We chose the very wrong day to go because the morning was windy and overcast and the lake we were on was choppy. I made it around the whole lake just fine until a big ripple in the water got me and pushed me over. I went completely under. No fun when it's windy and chilly out.
Beautiful scenery and so much fun.
Love that I captured his fall on camera :) He was way more careful and cautious then I was. For the entire first half he rode it sitting down because he said it hurts his feet arches. wah wah what a weiny :)
He finished strong though and went around the lake properly while I shivered back on shore, all wet.
While waiting for our dinner reservation, we checked out the boardwalk. What a cool city.
We ate at a Brazilian Steakhouse. We love all the meat they bring to your table.
Then we had to wait in the lobby after dinner to let the rain subside. It was pouring.
After it lightened up we ventured out to do some more fun exploring down town.
The over priced ferris wheel. It was fun but I'm not sure it was worth the price and the space needle was way better.
Gorgeous view though :)

Space needle in the back ground.

After the wheel we were looking for somewhere for dessert and got stuck in the crazy rain again. It took us like an hour to get to our shuttle because we had to keep stopping in the little awnings. We did find this little place to get a sundae.
Such a fun day!
