Today Brooklyn went to the doctors for her 12 month appt. She had shots, but she did perfectly! She cried a tiny bit, then when I picked her up she was fine! She is such a brave little girl. Here are her stats:
Height: 31 inches (95%) She spiked again on that one, 9 months she was 70th%. Doctor says we are going to have a bball player or a model. I vote bball player:)
Weight: 20 pounds (25%) Dr. Clark said she is tall and LEAN!!! He really emphasized the LEAN part, but he says she is perfectly healthy and eating enough so I had nothing to worry about! I mean she can still wear 3-6 month shirts. 6-9 mo. are always too big on her still! Now dresses and pants have to be 12 mo or they are high waters! He said she is probably going to be one of those tall skinny girls! Hopefully we can keep her 6ft or under! We will love her no matter how tall she is:)
Brooklyn is into a lot of different things lately. She loves to cuddle anything from her stuffed animals to her blankets to her baby doll. Wade and I love watching her cuddle her things, it is adorable to watch. She is also very much into having the dog chase her because she has food in both hands. She will spend forever giggling while Sage chases her. It is HILARIOUS! Along that note, she loves to feed the dog too! She thinks that is all too amusing! I don't find that funny. Sage is all ready a beggar, we don't need Brooklyn condoning her behavior :)
Brooklyn also loves to be outside. When take her to the park she loves to swing and go down the slide. Last night we took her to the park up by our new house and she was having a great time watching these two guys playing basketball. We tried walking the dog on the trail and she kept turning around to go back to the court to watch. We laughed! She also loves to play in the back yard with Sage too! I think she is going to be an outside kid! I cannot wait to take her to the pool and to the lake. She is going to love it! I also have a couple of super cute swim suits that I am excited about.
Brooklyn is still very much loves her naps. Right now she is napping and she has been for the last 2 1/2 hours! She loves her sleep and is still very much into taking naps. I appreciate this, as it allows me to get homework done...I mean blog!
Here are some fun pictures I have taken lately.
In our room I have the box filled with my swim suits that just sits out because it is a decoration too. Anyway Brooklyn is obsessed with getting in it and putting it all on! When I found her with all my swim suits around her neck I almost died. She is so funny!
Then she loves to walk around with them around her neck. HA HA this is too funny!
She is very much into being in a good mood and having fun. These days are the best ever!
Brooklyn on the swing. She giggles and giggles while we push her!

Glad she is doing so well. At least her and Addison can be tall together and support each other when they hate it. When I see the super chunky kids I am glad I have a little girl that is just chunky in the middle but not a beast to cary around. I like her hats.
She keeps getting more and more adorable. Ok I come this week, when do you want to play?? Where is your new house?? Thank you for the B-day wishes. You are so sweet:)
I know I always say this, but she really is just a cutie! Sounds like you have an exciting summer planned and I can't wait to see Brooks in those cute swimsuits.
