I Made it Through

This weekend was an eventful one in our home. I got through my 3 tests, two papers and some other school work and planned a good lesson for Sunday. To my surprise I thought the lesson went really well. I had great participation from the other sisters and I felt the presence of the Spirit. I also learned a lot as Wade and I were studying for this. I know that I was asked to teach the lesson because I needed it the most! I am so happy I got to do that and I hope the other women enjoyed my lesson too!

We had a great weekend! Here are some highlights!

Saturday we spent getting stuff done. Wade played bball early Saturday morning and then helped someone move. I spent the morning getting homework done! Thank goodness I got through it! Then we headed to the grocery store! Brooklyn loves the store:) She loves to people watch just like her mommy! We also made a stop at McDonald's(Yuck). Brooklyn loved the yogurt parfait:) And for some reason I loved these pictures of her.

Here is Brooklyn and I before church. When we got to church we were sitting by three other families with babies in their car seats and she spent the whole time trying to get to them and play! She got so excited and kept saying "babe, babe" She went to each of them and got all excited. I guess she is baby hungry!

Friday night we went on a family date to Red Robin and to Target. We had the greatest time! Brooklyn had so much fun at dinner. There were a table full of girls and their dads next to us, so you know her...she had fun socializing!

We stopped by my parents on Saturday night to spend some time with them and Reilly was heading off to prom. This picture sux, but he looked sooo good!
Brooklyn loves to climb up the stairs and stick her face through the bars! She is such a dork. Right now we are watching some of the conference talks that we missed and when the choir was just singing, she saw the conductor and started to help him out by conducting with him as she danced! Super Cute!
