She is ALL GiRl...plus some FHE

My little Brooklyn is all Girl. She loves the mirror (actually...LOVES it) she will get an outfit on and run to our big full mirror in the kitchen and check her self out. She loves to put on lip stick, loves carrying around a purse, loves to look pretty, and loves jewelry. I love this stage where I can see her starting to form opinions about what she likes and how she wants to have things done. She is such a girl and I love every minute of it!

The other day I pulled out this leotard that my good friend Teri got me for my baby shower. She is a professional dancer so it was cool that she gave Brooklyn her first set of ballet shoes and first little leotard. She actually was the first to introduce her to dancing in the car too! After she taught her, Brooklyn caught on easy and dances all the time in the car now! Anyway...I put the leotard and ballet shoes on Brooklyn and the first thing she does was run to the mirror and say "Pri Pri". I showed her some ballet moves and she totally did them! I CANNOT wait for 3 to come so I can get her into dance classes.

Also, this Monday we had our friends over for a "real" FHE. We are bad and don't do traditional ones. We usually count going to the park as a fam, as FHE but this Monday we did the real thing! I made dinner and Sara and Chris(well probably Sara) planned the lesson and brought the treat!
