Here are some updated pictures of my little buddy. He is still a GREAT baby. He was a week old yesterday and I can't believe it. I DO NOT want this time to pass by quickly. I love the newborn stage(as long as it stays east like this :).) I can't get enough of his sweet cuddles. One of my favorite things about this stage is how when he is hungry he tries to eat my face, lips or whatever is touching him. I sometimes let him get a little fussy because I love when he tries to eat me and I don't want him to stop. I wish I could freeze this time with both him and Brooklyn. Brooks is at a super fun age and Weston is sweet and cuddly. Life is perfect at the moment! Enjoy these pictures!
He looks like a little old man here. I love it!
He is great with the binky. We gave it to him the first night home and he LOVES it. I am a happy mommy!
My two sweet, beautiful children! I still have to do a post about Brooklyn and her experience with this so far. It is actually amazing how it has gone for her. We are all not surprised that she is sweet and tender with Weston, but she has gone above and beyond amazing.
What a cute little buddy. I love that his arms and hands are always by his face somehow. I do not want this to end....
When we took him to the Dr.'s the other day he weighed 6lbs 14oz. What a little guy! We can tell he is gaining weight though. I think he might end up being a chunker!
At nights he is still sleeping well too. He gets up about 2 times a night for a really quick feed and then goes back to sleep. This boy can scarf it down!
Wade went back to work on Wednesday which was a huge bummer. He is tired and misses his kids all day long. Wade has been a great support and help to me. During the night he grabs Weston from his bed and hands him to me to feed him. Then when I am done he changes his diaper, wraps him back up and puts him back to sleep. He also is the one that continually puts Weston's binky back in when it falls out. I am so grateful for a husband who shares in these responsibilities with me. Thank you Wade:)
Wade's mom left yesterday after being here for 7 days. It was so nice to have her help for that long. She got Brooklyn pretty much fully potty trained, went grocery shopping for me, helped me clean, let me relax, made us dinners, played and played with Brooklyn and was just here for support! JaNae was here too and I loved being with her too! She was a great help. I love them both and miss them already!

Congratulations! What a cute little guy...I love his name too.
He is soooo adorable! He looks just like a Heims in the first picture! I'm so glad that things are going well and he's such a good baby, enjoy it, they grow up so darn fast.
SO sweet! I loved it when Kaylee put her hands by her face too:)
AHHHHHHH I LOVE Weston! He is so cute AHHH! I hope my baby boy is even somewhere nea his cuteness! Gee Brooks is such a doll too! YAY I'm so happy for you and big Wade! The only thing I'm sad about is that we can't raise our boys so close in age in the same city... or even the same state... boo :(
Love you guys!
Ju
He is beautiful. I love it that you are enjoying this time period - many mamas want this part (sleeplessness, soreness, etc.) to fly by. Enjoy your family because it really will be done sooner than you can imagine.
