I wanted to update about what we are doing. Lately it has just been pictures of my kids(which is what we all the fam likes to see) but I wanted to give an update about life in Texas. Mainly for my journaling purposes too.

Life is still so good here! We are happy, mostly healthy and doing alright. The kids are finally over the runny, snotty nose that lasted for three months. Now I just need to cross my fingers that it doesn't return. They are getting along really well and keep each other very entertained. I love watching them play together.

This cute boy has been such a pleasure to be around lately. He went through a long few months where teething, and colds got the best of him, but he is happy happy happy now. He takes 2-3 long naps a day and is in such a good mood for the rest of the day.

His personality is really starting to become fun. He is extremely social and loves to interact with anyone and everyone. I can EASILY leave him with others or by himself. Both kids have always been that way and I am so happy about that. They need me, but not every second. It makes it nice to leave them with friends or at the gym. He is a very easy kid--thank you Weston!

Funny story: I told Brooklyn the other day that we needed to shower and get ready for the park. She put her hands on her face and says, "Oh know mom, what should I wear? I guess I could wear my pink shirt, or my flower shirt, or my pink flowery shirt!" What other 2 1/2 year old worries about what they are going to wear? Only my kid:) I love that about her though. She shops like a champ, and loves picking out outfits to wear. Speaking of Shopping the other day we were at Target and I pulled something out of a clearance bin and asked Brooklyn if we should buy it. She said, "No mom, we shouldn't buy that." Thanks to Brooklyn I saved a few bucks on something I did not need!

Brooklyn made this cute book in nursery about what Jesus has created for us. Then she read it to me and it was adorable.
Brooklyn tells me ALL the time that she loves me. Even without me saying it first. She has the sweetest most tender heart. She loves to help me out and more often than not will clean up without me asking. She can't stand trash anywhere and immediately throws trash away if she sees it around!

Wade is busy busy busy! He has his first Moot court(Mock Trial) competition tonight. Wade is still doing very well in school. Hope he keeps that up:)
He has also been busy working on the car. A few weekends were dedicated to it, so for now we have a perfectly running car!

We thought in the beginning of law school that we would return to Reno to intern over the summer. We have decided that we are going to just stay here in Texas this summer. Wade is going to do a full load of classes and an externship with a Judge. I am happy and am actually the one that decided that. Lubbock is home for us now and I don't want to be gone all summer! Hopefully we will get some visitors...hint hint hint!

I am busy! Busy with what??? Not too sure myself but just a good busy. We play with friends almost every single day. We go to the gym a lot! Thankfully we have a few friends who enjoy The Bachelor so we go to our friends, the Petersons' every Tuesday to watch the show TIVO style. I miss my tivo:( Anyway that has been fun! I am starting to get into couponing. A friend has gotten me started. It is pretty overwhelming right now but I am starting to get the hang of it. I don't want to be one of those crazy couponing people, but you know how much I love getting a good deal, so this might be fun.
Anyway, that is about all we are doing in Lubbock. We are planning to visit UT over the summer to see Winter's baby, but other than that...not to sure about any other travel plans as of right now:( Macy is coming over her Spring break! SOOOOOOOOOOOOo looking forward to that!
