I have experienced some amazing things while serving with the Young Women in my ward. I have grown in so many ways, I am so grateful. One of the greatest experiences I have had is helping one of my laurels who was not a member of the church, get baptized. She was introduced to the church by a friend and wasn't able to be baptized until she turned 18 because her parents didn't agree with her decision. She has strengthened my testimony and unbenonst (sp?) to her, has challenged me to get on my game so I can be worthy of teaching her! She is awesome. Her Baptism was 2 Saturdays ago and it was amazing. I got to speak at it, and the whole thing was a wonderful experience. We have a few investigators in our YW group, and let me tell you, there is nothing like it. I love watching these young girls develop a testimony, draw closer to Christ and learn about the church. These kinds of situations don't always happen in YW groups and I am so grateful and happy that I get to experience these things.
