I love being a mama!

If you read the previous blog post then you can imagine how my mothers day was. I have always wanted Wade to write something about me or the kids on the blog. He never has and I didn't think he ever would. And then he did. And it was sweet and darling and sincere and made my day! Seriously, it made.my.day! Best gift he has ever given me. He actually got me a few small things and a huge memory card and then videoed the kids. Aw, I love that Wade.

After church I just wanted a few pictures of me and the kids. We tried and tried and the kids gave me this :) This is such a real picture though. Being a mom is such a huge job, it's hard, it's tiring, the kids are rotten sometimes and sometimes I think life is hard. But then I get Weston singing "happy mothers day to mommy" and it makes being a mom the best gift in the whole world. Or I have Brooklyn tell me in my video that she loves that I take care of her....awww, being a mom is a privilege.
Brooklyn got to sing a mothers day song at church for the first time and it was so sweet. She stood in the front and waived to me a few times. She was so cute up there singing with the rest of the kids.

The whole day was phenomenal. I didn't lift a finger. Wade treated me like a princess and then some. He is seriously the greatest!

I got to chat with my mom for awhile and I love her. She too is such a blessing in my life!

We got to talk to my brother on the phone from Argentina. That was so fun, so great, and so made me want December 20th here tomorrow.

Later that night we had our friends come over for dinner and dessert and that was really fun.

My day was perfect! Thanks Wade and thanks to my kids for allowing me to celebrate this wonderful day!

P.s. Macy is still here and we are having so much fun! I love having her here!
