There is so much going on in our little lives, I thought it was time for an update...plus I need a break from my day today.
Here it goes:
Wade is now a THIRD YEAR LAW STUDENT! I cannot believe this! He is done with finals as of yesterday. I am sure he did well.
We are headed to Reno for 6 weeks. I am excited and not. I have a lot of responsibility here with my church calling. Thank goodness I have 2 counselors who are great and wonderful! I am not that thrilled with the idea of not having much to do in Reno :( But I am so excited, so so excited to go home and see my family. I will also be passing through Utah and will get to see some old friends too! The reason we are headed to Reno is because Wade got a great, great internship with a federal judge in Reno. So there ya go! Reno here we come!
When we head back to Texas Wade will do a few classes to finish up the summer. Then guess what??? Wade is done in December. yep! One more semester and we are DONE! I know, cool huh?
I am having anxiety about finishing law school and leaving this great place. Thankfully, I convinced Wade to stick around here for another semester (without classes) so he can walk with his class. He is ready to move on, but I am not just yet. I seriously don't want law school to end because this last 2 years have been my favorite.
Wade will take the bar in February so in May 2012 he will be able to get to work once he gets his BAR results back. We are still hoping JAG will be our route...and we got word from JAG that it looks good! But who knows? We will find out this December.
I have a ton still to get done to get our butts to Reno, so gotta go! Here are some old pictures that never made it into a post!
This was my mothers day gift that Brooklyn made me at school. Cute frame and some questions she answered about me.
Oh boy this little cutie is so so so rotten these days. It all started seriously at his party. It's like the minute he turned two he thought it was appropriate to turn rotten! :(
Thank goodness we bought a big comfy car, because we will be in the car for 24 hours

Definitely NOT jealous of the LONG drive! But jealous you get to go see family..! That's always fun! Have fun & we'll be counting down for you to come back! Lol :)
I am going to miss you guys when you leave - so thanks for convincing Wade to stay longer - but no more talking about that because its depressing me :(. You guys are brave to drive 24 hours in the car. 14 hours was enough for us haha. I'm so excited for Wade's internship in Reno - that will be great to be with your family! Can't wait to see you guys at the end of summer!
