I rarely document about Wade and I. But why not? I love this guy and when my kids come back to this journal, I want them to read all about Wade and I. I don't necessarily want the whole world reading about Wade and I, so I guess that's why I don't often blog about us. I really should get a hand written journal. But I know myself, and I won't do it. Blogging is more my thing.
Anyway..
Wade and I went on a much needed and anticipated date last night. We usually can't afford a baby sitter and anytime we get one of my yw to come over, it is for some function or something we have to go to. We do go on dates when it's Vday, anniversary, bday, ect. And sometimes randomly. This time my good friend Brittney offered to watch our kids so we could go on a date. Thanks Britt :) So we went to Outback (yum!) and got some yummy steak and lobster and a free bloomin onion because they were giving them free last night. And we had a coupon off our dinner so it made a perfect choice for us to eat. It was so fun. Sometimes, I hate to admit, but we end up talking all about Wade (his school, work, teams, ect) and I get sad sometimes. But last night we talked about all different kids of stuff. We talked about high school, our kids, our friends, our opinions on stuff. We also sorted out and planned our life for the next few months until training starts. I think we have changed up our plan quite a bit. Disneyland was mentioned(and semi planned). Should be a fun summer!
Dinner was yummy and fun and so needed. I love talking to Wade about other things then all the stuff he is involved with. (Trust me, I am a supportive wife and LOVE talking about him...but it is nice to talk about other stuff). After dinner we went shopping for our kids upcoming birthdays and did some Easter shopping. I love when Wade is in a good mode, picks stuff out, and gets into it rather then get annoyed that we are shopping :) He was so much fun last night. He is the best guy for me. He is fun and the easiest going guy you will ever meet. He looked really good looking last night and smelt super yummy. (mom... that dolche and cabana, The One is TO DIE FOR. Thanks mom. Good Christmas present). We have a really good marriage that has gotten so much better since the beginning of the year(I think school and all of his stuff took a toll on our marriage his third year). We love to be with each other, we love to cuddle, we talk on the phone...oh about 5-10 times a day, we support each other and we have a really good time being married. And one other thing that I love about him is his charity. For example: March Madness is by far Wade's favorite time of year. Last week there was a HUGE game on that he was sooo excited for. Then he got called from a friend who needed help in his back yard digging up some pipes...right at the time of the game. He was pretty sad, but he didn't even think twice about it and was there helping a friend. Wade is such a gooooood guy. I sure love him. And sure loved our date! Hopefully now that we aren't students anymore, frequent dates can happen for us!Sorry for those who read this and don't enjoy a sap story :)

LOVE sap stories. :) Thanks so much for sharing. Maybe someday, when we aren't students anymore either, we'll go out on frequent dates too... Long way to go!
That was so much fun to read! I am so glad you guys were able to go on a date and just have fun! Wade is a great guy - you guys are perfect for each other! Thanks for posting this "sap story" I love it - it is making me realize that even though we are students... its still important to go out on a date every once in a while! You two are too cute!
