Brooklyn is FIVE

I am just going to warn any reader of this blog. There are a TON of pictures in this post. I pretty much documented the day in pictures and included every single one!

We woke up and immediately did presents per her request!

One day while Brooklyn was at school West and I did some shopping for bday presents. West spotted a present for her and insisted he had to get it for her. I let him buy it for her. Here is the "Thank you Weston!"Here is our 5 year old!! I still can't believe that we are at a point where we are going to be signing her up for Kindergarten! She looooooves this cool cash register. She is really into playing store, bakery, kitchen, taking food orders, ect. So this is right up her ally and she loves it!
Skyping with Nana, Gpa and Uncle Jake! She loved the dress and other presents from Nana :)
After, we skyped with SheShe and Gpa and she showed them her gifts and opened the ones they sent. I love Skype! We also skyped with Reilly which was so fun.She talked about going to McD's on for her bday lunch and wanted her own happy meal. When we eat out, we do it cheaply....all sharing fries, one drink, ect. So it was exciting for her to get her own happy meal!
After lunch we headed to Target to spend some bday cash she got. Thank you Grandmama!
Then we headed to the mall. Right near our lay place they have this new trampoline thing. I have never let my kids do it and they always want to. So we told Brooklyn that for her bday, we could go there and they could jump. And....they LOVED it. Weston had a blast. Then it was Brooklyn's turn. She was a lot more stiff and reserved then her brother. But she had so much fun too. She got really high and kept trying to do flips.
Look at the back flip! Definitely worth the 12 bucks we spent to let the kids do it. Now West wants to go on his bday. One month till his!The whole day Brooklyn kept saying how it was her most favorite bday ever, that this day was the most fun she has ever had, ect. It is so fun to celebrate birthdays.
For dinner we went to a restaurant called Cap Rock Cafe. We love it there. I asked Brooklyn a few days ago if she wanted me to cook her most favorite meal or if she wanted to go out. Without hesitation she wanted to go out! Definitely my kid :)Yowzas, what a family picture! I really really hate Chuck E Cheeses. I am definitely not a cool mom that takes my kids there. However, Brooklyn planned her day from start to finish and wanted to end the night there. She even wanted to eat there, but I forbade that from happening! She liked the idea of going there after dinner to play! It was fun.
We invited our buddies to dinner and to CEC. Ally and I chatted while the dads and kids played.
I still can't believe she is 5! Holy smokes! How did that happen?
This picture is devilish :) Weston's face and him holding his sister's new doll scissors is a naughty combo. Hopefully he doesn't have any evil plans up his sleeve!
This was her purchase from Target. So fun.
Happy 5th Birthday Brooklyn! You had the best birthday ever!
