Friends

Recently we had some of our favorite friends come and visit. We were great friends while they lived here and have missed them sine they moved to Dallas. It's so fun to see your kids pick up from where they left off with friends. Ben and Brooklyn definitely make the nicest, cutest pair of friends.

 I love having "easy to be friends" with friends. And that is definitely Debbie. My days here in Lubbock are seriously numbered, and thinking about not being able to visit our Dallas friends, or have them visit here is making me super sad. This phase of life naturally happens that way.We are all students together and then we all move away for jobs. Actually my life will be like that for awhile being in the JAG.

Look at these 4. When we met the Dakins' Weston was 4 months old. What the what? I don't understand how time is flying right before my eyes. These 4 are so cute and played so well the whole day. I love when my kids have easy friends too :)

 Excuse my puffy face and no make up. This is the result of spending the entire time at church crying :( But I thought it was cute of Brooklyn and there are not too many pics of me and the kids since I am always behind the camera.

One night our good buddies told us about how kids get a free kids meal if they dress up like a Superhero. Free kids meals? Heck yes. We were all over that! And the kids loved it too!

This is baby Eli dressed up as a Super hero. I had to take a pic it was too cute!

Also to note: Wade's bday is this Friday. And this is a big one. 30! I don't think I am old enough to have a 30 year old hub and a Kindergartner. Old people have those two. I feel like I just got out of Kindergarten :)
