Brooklyn has been really cute lately. Every single time we get out of the car she runs to the grass and picks me a dandelion. Lately she has been telling me they are for my wedding. I ask her who I am marrying and she tells me that I marrying daddy. The other day when Macy was here we were coming back from the gym and she picked one for Macy. She said it was for her wedding so I asked who Macy was marrying. Her answer was, "Macy is marrying Grandpa."

This picture describes Brooklyn to a T. She is so girly. Loves everything pink and pretty. At the very same time she is nuts about sports and an athlete in the making. She is a solid runner and really enjoys bball and softball. She also loves anything sports related on TV. Brooklyn is totally a Texas Tech sports fan. Before we moved here her only friends were three boys. She is a good perfect friend for her boy friends and her girl friends.

Look at Weston's hair!!! Yay for some progress. This kid is just cute and yummy. Very yummy.

He is also a bit naughty. He is so into biting. Not to be mean or vicious. I mean he has 8 teeth so I guess he figures he needs to use what he's got. I guess, but it is naughty. Brooklyn gave him a hug and he bit her clothes. ughhh. He doesn't understand discipline yet, so when I yell at him to stop he just laughs and smiles. They sure are cute though.

Last night we had a Family Home Evening lesson about prayer. It is amazing how much of a sponge she is. She learns quickly and understands what we teach her. It almost makes me feel guilty for not teaching her everything, although I know that is impossible. Anyway, after we said a prayer and then she asked us all to give each other a hug at the same time. Then she said, with a huge smile on her face, " We are family and hugging together!" awwww such a tender moment. I love her :)

Wade's semester is wrapping up. This semester has been harder for him with one of his classes. His Legal Practice writing class is a killer. He has a brief due tomorrow and he has already put in over 30 hours on it. Poor guy is planning on pulling an all nighter. He will be glad when it is over. In good news he was asked by one of his professors from last semester if he would tutor for his class for the upcoming first year law students. That is an honor for Wade. He was really excited by it. I am proud of you Wade. And another plus is that he gets paid for it!

I love that picture of Brooklyn with the pink baseball mitt. It reminded me of Jaidyn when she was little. Enjoy all the pink and frillys now, because now that Jaidyn is 8 almost 9 she is such a tomboy, which I love but sometimes I long for that cute little pinky frilly girl again :(
