Here was the wording for the invitation:
Once upon a time in a kingdom there lived a beautiful Princess Brooklyn who was preparing to celebrate her birthday. One night the princess had a dream and in her dream she wished for an enchanted princess birthday party.
The King and Queen wanted to make the princess's dream come true, so they planned a Royal Celebration in honor of her Third Birthday.
This royal celebration will be a princess costume party where all are invited to dress in their princess/prince wardrobe.
The King and Queen request that all royal subjects plan to be in attendance!
---My family was so sad that they could not be there so they requested lots of pictures! There are definitely lots of pics!

Can you believe this cake? Yes it is real and yes it was yummy:) My friend Chelsea made this cake for Brooklyn's present. She loved it and it turned out just perfect. Chelsea also
graciously let us do the party at her house too! Thanks Chelsea! Go to
http://www.reesespiecesandme.blogspot.com to see what else she creates!

The front door and two of the cutest princesses ever.

I didn't want a Disney princess party (not a fan of characters...such a mean mom) so I themed it more of a royal, princess party. The colors were pink and gold. Brooklyn popped the other gold balloon before the party started.

These two were anxious for the other prince and princesses to arrive. They kept sneaking into the food.

I had all the kids decorate their own
tiara. The boys decorated stars.

All the kids and moms hard at work.

Brooklyn's
tiara.

Here are the finished princess
tiaras. I think they turned out adorable. The project was quick, easy and fun.

After we created our
tiaras we played pin the crown on the princess. The kids were so cute playing it!

Wasn't she such a pretty princess? Thanks Julie for letting her wear Lauren's dress. Brooklyn's princess dress is a tad to big on her ;).

Look how cute this is. Ben and Brooklyn are such cute friends.

Mommy and Daddy saved her big
bday gift for her party. Yep, she hasn't gotten off of it since and LOVES it!

All of our princesses and knight and shining armour.

Princess Brooklyn dancing with her knight and shining armour.

Shawn is awesome and dressed as a Prince. It was a hit! The prince danced with our little Princess. It was so cute.

Brooklyn got a dance in with her daddy too.

Brooklyn, Ben, Lauren and Callie with The Prince.

Oh, I guess that the icing tasted good according to Brooklyn's fingers.

Dang it, out of order, but here she is blowing out her candles. Callie pitched in and helped her Brooklyn get the job done:)

I thought it would be cute to make these crown cookies for part of the favors and they totally didn't turn out. The cookie cutter was so cute but once they cooked they lost their shape. Oh well, they were still cute. I put them in these little princess boxes...so fitting.

The little princess bags had princess stickers, a necklace and a bracelet.

This looks like one overwhelmed birthday princess.

A decent family picture.
Yay for us. Usually one of us looks weird.

Guess who just arrived in Texas? Yep, Aunt Macy is here for another 10 days! We were so excited that she was able to be here for the party. Sad that the rest of the family wasn't there to share in our fun:( We really did have a great party.
