Family Family

Like I mentioned, we got our family pictures from our good friend Geoff. He is a professional, even got his photography degree from BYU. So if you need some family pictures taken, he is running a SWEET special right now :) I can give you his info!
We are so impressed with our pictures. I think we all look our best and Texas Tech campus provided some awesome back grounds!

This one is probably my favorite.
This was one of the last of the night and you can tell by Weston's grouchy face.

All of our outfits were inspired by this little skirt of Brooklyn's from Gap. I had picked out outfits for each of us...definitely the most stressful thing for me when doing pictures. Then...the day before, I went into Gap for a quick browse and spotted this little manikin with this, to die for outfit. I immediately scrapped all previous outfits, bought the skirt and went from there. I had everything else except my dress (thank you 13 dollar Gap dress) and Weston's vest(thank you 11 Gap clearance). I think our outfits were quite cute!

Look at my happy, cute little Weston. This lasted about 10 minutes and the rest of the time he was a beast!

I am getting really really sad about the fact that we are almost done. I am excited and ready to move onto the next stage in life, but honestly, I can't imagine life not living in Lubbock. No one would ever think that a city in West Texas with a population on 250,000, with no mountains, trees, water, green, near nothing, would be a heaven on earth. I laid in bed the other night and got really sad about this. I will never be in another ward/stake like this. I will probably never be in another place like this. I have dealt with my fair share of disgusting drama, gossip, ect in previous areas/wards that I have lived. NEVER ONCE have I been involved with gossip, drama,
it just doesn't exist here. What a blessing this place has been in my life. What am I going to do without it?

I have more photo session pictures coming too! These were all the best family ones.
