I wanna be A....

This week in School Brooklyn was studying the letter "G". Her teacher does a theme each week and this week it was "what I wanna be when I GROW up." Her teacher asked that they dress up to go along with what they want to be. For a few days we talked about the different things she could be. For awhile she wanted to be a dancer. Then yesterday she decided she wanted to be a baker. Not a cook...just a baker :) Her reason: She wants to make treats, doughnuts, candy, cookies and cupcakes. How fun :)

So as I was getting ready to leave for Young Women's I mentioned to Wade what she wanted to be. He said she had to have cookies to go along with her costume.
So while I was at YW's the 3 of them got to work baking some cookies.

When I got home he showed me the baker's hat he made for her to wear. Such a cute dad that one! I was just going to have her wear her apron and bring a mixing bowl and spoon.

And...he showed me all the pictures he took! What a fabulous, super awesome, fun, creative dad he is!

Brooklyn looked darling and definitely looked way cuter then what I was going to have her in. Thanks to Wade she got to pass out cookies to her class after she shared with the class what she wants to be when she grows up!

Maybe someday we will have a "Brooklny's Bakery" in business!
