Last weekend I got to go see Wade in action. He made it to the finals of his mock trial competition. The public is allowed only to watch the finals. Through our 5 semesters of law school, Wade has competed in quite a few mock trials and never made it past the 3rd round. So I have never been able to see Wade play attorney. It was pretty cool watching him in action. This is his partner Kate. They are also partners on his national arbitration team, so this was kind of just some practice for them and neither of them really thought about going to the finals. And then they ended up there :) The trial was complete with a jury, a judge, witnesses and attorneys. It was really fun and I am so glad I got to see him at his finest! Unfortunately they did not win, but it was such a tight competition. Some thought they had it in the bag, it was pretty close! Wade is so smooth, and fluid and super awesome. He is going to make a dang good attorney :)
His national team competition is at the end of this month. He has practices almost every week night and all day on the weekends, including Sunday. It sucks so I am sooooooo beyond ready for this to be over! But....he is such a stud and I am happy that he even gets the opportunity to be on a national team!
37 more days of law school and WE are done! But who really counts down the days anyway? Not me ;)

Way to go Wade! Way to rock it! Was there ever any doubt? What 37 days? Not fair! I am just a little bit jealous...ok maybe a lot a bit! But I am so happy for you too! I can't believe how fast time has gone!
Haha! We're only in second year of med and I'm SO READY to start counting down the days! It would be ilke in the 4 or 5 hundreds though!! Congrats to Wade for making the finals and congrats to your fam for being almost done! Excited for you. :)
