Sweet 16....

My little sister Macy turns 16 today! This is a big birthday for her and she has been counting down the months and days. My sister Macy is the sweetest girl you will ever meet. She has been a very sweet sister and a very big part of our family. I remember when I was in H/S, I would come home on the weekends from being out with my boy friend or friends and I would find these paper frogs(i was a big frog lover) that she had drawn and cut out. They would have cute little sayings out of the frogs mouth that said, "hope you had fun with Todd...we love him, can't wait to hear about your date. She always would write sweet letters to me and would always want to be around when my b/f or friends were over. I always loved that she always wanted to be a part of my life. And I think she thought I was the cool sister! Haha Winter! J/k. We are all very close!
Then when I was pregnant and on bed rest for 11 weeks, she would come over a lot of days after school and just sit in my bed with me. She also was very much a part of helping me get ready for Brooklyn. She would come over and clean out the nursery, get all the babies laundry folded and she even helped us paint the most BEAUTIFUL nursery! She even bent over backwards to help me out by getting me water, and doing all the little things I could not do.
Brooklyn then arrived and she has continued to big the biggest help to me. She babysits on the drop of a dime and is amazing with Brooklyn. I contribute a lot of Brooklyn's early starts to things to Macy. She really worked with her to get her walking at 9 months (we called her the walking Nazi) and she has really taught Brooklyn so many things.
Macy is also a very good kid. She plays varsity sports, gets 4.0 and is a straight edge kid with a STRONG testimony. We are so lucky to have her as part of our family. I think of her as one of my best friends. We do every thing together in the summer and I love spending my days with her. She is such an example to me and to my family.
Here are some pictures I could find of her.
The 3 of us on our cruise in February.
Winter and Macy riding the bikes. Macy had to wear a helmet because she was not old enough. She hated it! haha
Us eating authentic Mexican food.
The 3 of us in San Diego.
Us in Utah after visiting Winter.
Macy and Winter. The three of us sisters are all really close.
Brooklyn 1 day old with Macy. She calls Macy, May May and it has to be said the Brooklyn LOVES her aunt Macy. Macy has a special way with her. If Macy is in the room, Macy is the only person she wants.

Brooklyn and Macy cuddling!

Here is Macy on the left with her best friend Lindsay! This was her birthday last year...Para sailing at Tahoe!

Here we are at the Capitol in California. Macy has actually been on a few trips with us. We love when she comes with us as we travel!
Today she takes her license test then I am taking her to Sushi and we are taking Brooklyn to Jump Man Jump. Hope you have a good bday Mace ta blace ta!
