We have had a really good weekend. Lots of fun like always. Last night we went to Outback Steakhouse with my dad and we ate great food! Reilly works there so it was fun to see him. We also had a play date with Kade. They played in the pool and played hard. Kade spent the entire time making Brooklyn laugh hysterically. We love that kid!
Brooklyn was in her pajamas and Kade really enjoyed spraying her! She loved it!
Then today we went clearance shopping again for some shirts for me! I have pretty much all my stuff packed in the garage since we didn't know how long we were going to be here, so I am dying without my summer shirts. We have too many boxes out there to find them, so clearance shopping would have to do! Bummer huh? This is Brooklyn with her find. She loves purses and grabbed all of these at Express! Btw...Macy's is having a HUGE clearance sale!
This is how Brooklyn rolls at Walmart. Because my child is so stinkin independent, it is hard for us to go to Walmart because she wants down the whole time. We needed to go tonight so Wade had the idea to bring this to Walmart so we could all have some peace while we were there. I protested at first, but Wade out ruled me! I was kind of embarrassed at first. We had a lot of people giggling and smiling at us!
I felt kind of bad for the other mothers. Once their young kids saw Brooklyn, they wanted to do it to! Oh well, if it keeps her happy at Walmart, I don't care what others think.
Wade and I tagged teamed and they went and got stuff while I did the same. Brooklyn was able to put food they got in her compartment. This idea TOTALLY worked. She was in heaven!

fun idea!! Good luck with applying for school...we've been there for sure!! You'll have a great time/experience no matter where you end up.
Cute, We may have to invest in one of those :)
How cute is that! jaidyn had this same car/stroller, and we took her many places in it, I don't remember ever going to Walmart, but we did take her to the mall in it once, and I remember those same looks. The things we do for our kids!!
