Pretty Toes

Lately Brooklyn has been VERY into her pretty toes. When she says is she says it with kind of a cute little voice and somewhat of an accent. It is pretty hilarious when she says it. The first thing in the morning she shows me her pretty toes. When we swam at the pool the other day she saw her pretty toes through the water and wouldn't stop talking about them. Well yesterday after we got out of the shower she asked to get her pretty toes on(the previous paint job wore off). We forgot yesterday and when she was going to bed she asked again. I told her that when she woke up we would paint her toes. My little Brooklyn does not forget the things we say we are going to do the next day. Every night, when we tuck her into bed I let her know what we will be doing the next day. The very next morning she always remembers. It is super cute. Anyways... she has reminded me all day today, so we finally did! She loves it! She is very patient and just sits there while I paint away. Having a girl is WAY too much fun!

Here are some pictures I tried taking of our little pretty toes party.

This is her attempt at showing me her pretty toes.
Here she is blowing them dry!

And her nails needed to dry too, so I taught her to interlock her fingers and blow. She is a pro at being a girl!

And her attempt at showing off her finger nails!
We had fun!

Hi Lindsay! I remember who you are; I'm glad you found my blog! Thanks for the comment. :)

I haven't tried painting Sky's toes yet, but I've definitely thought about it. She's just too wiggly...I'm pretty sure I'd get nail polish on everything but her toes. Maybe if she was asleep?

Very cute pictures! And it looks like you were married in Oakland--nice work!

That is so cute! She is going to be such a great shopping buddy someday. I agree, girls are so much fun. I love Brooklyn's outfit too, where did you get it?
