2 year old check up and 34 weeks

What an interesting evening Wade and I had. We left our friends house last night after FHE and in the car I start feeling SUPER sick. Well, got home and started puking and that lasted until about 4:30 this morning. Wade threw up twice as well, but now is better. I on the other hand am still hating life(temporarily)! Being almost 9 months pregnant and having the flu...IS NOT OK! Last night little Ivy baby would not quit moving, furthering my discomfort and nausea. Gross. Brooklyn woke up this morning with a HUGE appetite(very rare) so we are thinking she does not have the flu. Can I tell you how sick I am of being sick? ughhhh..

Today Brooklyn had her 2 year old check up. I am way too sick(I actually feel 1% better now to blog about this before I forget) to take Brooklyn, so Wade took her. I wanted to be there to make sure I ask all the questions and get all the info, but I just talked to Wade on the phone and he got it all! She got one shot that she cried a little bit for, but once she got her sticker she was back to her happy cute self! Dr. Clark says she is one smart cookie and a very good girl:)

Here are her stats:

She weighs 26 pounds which lands her in the 25th%tile. We all know she is the skinniest thing you have ever seen. No surprise there, but he said she is super healthy being that skinny. pheww!
She is 35 inches tall and in the 90th%tile. HAHA can you say BEAM POLE...thanks Wade:) Yeah, I have to say that I was wishing she would have dropped off a little, but she will be a knock out like her aunt Wendy who is tall and skinny.

So a couple of weeks ago we found Brooklyn like this in my parents bed after her nap. Uncle Reilly was watching her while Wade and I had a sushi date with some friends. He thought she was sleeping in my parents bed. I came home and checked on her and found that she had gotten into my moms lip stick. This was a BEAST to clean up. She had pink hair for a few days along with some pink skin tone. Oh boy what a little devil:)
Oh yeah, not only did she paint her face, she painted her entire body. She looked in a mirror right after this and laughed and said, "I funny"...oh Brooklyn what a funny girl you are!

Ok...not the most fabulous Iverson family picture. I have been wanting to take some prego pictures to post, but my camera is dead:( So this picture will have to do. Here I am at 33 weeks. I am now almost 35 weeks. Can you believe that I only have 4-5 weeks left? Dr. Omar told me she would induce me at 39 weeks! Yippeee! So right now I am feeling done. I am carrying this little boy very low, I frequently get that I look like I have dropped. Because of this, my back is MISERABLE. Almost unbearable really. I am also having beastly contractions that keep getting stronger and more intense. The good news is that I am still working out and feel great about that. I am so proud of myself for working out 3-4 days a week for an hour each time while being this pregnant. I also frequently get that I do not look 8 1/2 months pregnant and that my tummy is on the small side. So those things make me happy. I promise I will take a better picture and get it up her soon! Oh and I am COMPLETELY healthy which is the greatest blessing I could ask for. My blood pressure is totally normal and as of now show no signs of pre-clampsia or anything else I had with Brooklyn! I feel BLESSED:)
