Wade and I have been thinking about what we want to set as goals for this year. This year is going to be HUGE for us in many different ways.
1. Wade is going to be living his dream in the political world when the legislative session starts, which is his primary job! It starts here in Nevada February 1 and it is going to be an important leg. session as the legislators need to pass laws to help our economy and all the other pressing using Nevada is facing. This is Wade's time to shine and I have no doubt he will! The session ends in June...it is going to be a long 4 months!
2. We are going to be welcoming our baby boy in May. This going to be a huge change of life and I am excited but at the same time having anxiety about having two.
3. We will find out in the next few weeks/months were Wade gets accepted into Law School. With that comes visting the schools and deciding where to go.
4. We need to figure out if we are going to rent our house or sell it. What a stressful situation that will be.
5. We will say goodbye to my family, all of our friends, Reno, our home and everything we know.
6. Brooklyn will turn 2! We love her, absolutely LOVE her.
Some goals we have set for our family:
1. Finish our back yard.
2. Get Brooklyn and Ivy baby's room put together 1/2 boy...1/2 girl (they will be sharing)
3. Get in shape. I will need to loose my baby weight faster than last time.
4, Better daily scripture study with each other and individually.
5. Get our extra spending in control. We need to buckle down and not spend so much money on eating out, and all the extras which are so fun to spend money on.
6. Get Brooklyn totally potty trained and sleeping in her big girl bed. I also want to spend some more quality time teaching her things. We want to get her knowing her abc's, 123's, and her colors.
We have set some other goals but those are the ones that we can put on our blog. Others are our personal/marriage goals.

Great job with potty training Brooklyn. I know its hard to do, but it is SOOO much better once they get completely trained. Sounds like she is doing awesome-and she is not even 2 yet!
You crack me up!!! I totally think we should set up a "Man-Date" for the guys since they made such a big deal out of it! I hope you liked my FHE idea. I already started planning my part for Monday =D I am going to make you a cute thing, you will just have to wait until Christmas and I already know what I am going to get you for your birthday! I am so excited!!!
Those are great goals that you guys have set. I love the start of a new year so that we can evaluate how we are doing...we better not have anymore girls night outs though, we spend a lot of moola!!
Thanks for all the fun! You are the best! Oh and thanks for commenting =D
