Dinner Tonight

**This is what was for dinner tonight. It was a peanut cucumber sambel that seriously was delicious. I had to take a picture of it because it was so delicious. The chicken was marinated, the cucumber, bell pepper and onion were tossed with rice vinegar, sugar, salt and soy and then the noodles had everything from vinegar to peanut butter to lime to cilantro, and a whole bunch more. YUMO!

-Two things were cute tonight at dinner.

#1 Brooklyn was telling us about her dance class. She said she was going to her hippopotamus class aka hip hop class. Wade and I busted up laughing. She is so cute with the things she says. She calls the computer a puter, her wand a blonde, bunny rabbits are bumbie babbits, oh and this little Madagascar donkey from a previous happy meal says, "Holla at the boys." She SWEARS it says "Holla at the board!" We argue about it every single day! It is so cute! I can't think of anymore words of hers that are cute at the moment but there are tons more!

#2 Wade said that on a scale of 1-10, 10 being a super fab cook I was an 8. He said he even meant it!He told me that my cooking lately is so good. He loves the recipes I find, and says I execute them well! That made me happy because I love to cook and I do think I am good at it. I prepare fresh, healthy, yummy meals almost every night. Oh and I made the scale. You are a 10 if you can whip out a meal all alone with random ingredients and no recipe. I am not quite there yet; I still need a recipe but maybe on day I will get there!
